If not, what solution would you suggest implementing it e.g. for Sesame store or Virtuoso?

What is the form of the data being output from Hadoop ?

The following answers post discusses Best practices for processing RDF data using MapReduce (via Hadoop)

If you have the data in the form of RDF datasets(RDF/XML, N3, turtle, nquad, trig etc) then Virtuoso has built in RDF Bulk loader functions that can be used or if accessible via a Web service or some other API or structured source a Sponger Cartridge could be developed for it, if one is not already available, for extraction and ingestion in the Virtuoso Quad Store.
