ontology enrichment

Hi All,

About ontology enrichment, most information I've thus far found on the web is about discovering new concepts based on lexical analysis (enrichment of concepts). There is few information concerning discovering new (implicit) semantic relationships among concepts (enrichment of relations). In my opinion, relations-enrichment is as important as concepts-enrichment. Are you aware of any relation enrichment literature/webpost?
