There are classes AddImport and RemoveImport inherited from ImportChange.

There are classes AddAxiom and RemoveAxiom inherited from OWLAxiomChange.

There are classes AddOntologyAnnotation and RemoveOntologyAnnotation. But they are inherited directly from OWLOntologyChange.

Why is there no OntologyAnnotationChange class? Am I missing some subtle difference?
