what / where have you tried? eg. google data.gov

interested in any open earthquake, or specifically linked?

I don't know about any worldwide sources, but one place to start is the Geonet Earthquake data for New Zealand. Updated live and quite detailed. Not in RDF format though, I'm afraid.
