How to build an OWL 2 QL Otology in Protege 4.x?

Hello!

I know how to creat an Ontology in Protege, but the question is how can I build an Ontology of specific profile of OWL 2. Should I declare somewhere in Protege? Or when I build an OWL Ontology which involves no constructs unsupported in OWL 2 QL, it will be recognized as an OWL 2 QL Ontology by Protege automaticlly?

Any help would be highly appreciated!
