Am I right in observing that the RSS feeds, e.g. http://answers.semanticweb.com/feeds/rss, have HTTP headers in neither Last-Modified or Etag? I.e.:

$ curl -I http://answers.semanticweb.com/feeds/rss

cf.:

$ curl -I http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-lod/feed.rss

Is there any way to efficiently check for updates on the questions list?
