I have made ontologies (using triples) out of text. I want to develop an Question Answer system for the information contained inside the ontologies. Can someone provide information (how to do it, what automatic tools to use, how to speed up the process of developing the QA system, how to make the QA system efficient). I am really short of time, your help would be really appreciated.

Your knowledge base is the ontology, so your questioning mechanism should be SPARQL. Create a small application in the language of your choice that associate's the English version of the questions, to a SPARQL query of the ontology. Your user is only presented the questions in English the application does the rest. Consider using Dydra or Fuseki/ARQ as your triple store for the queries to get going quickly.
