Complex Types in Semantic Web Services

Hello, I was wondering if there is a consensus about how to deal with complex types of semantic web services. If I have a user defined complex type composed of simple types relates to concepts of an ontology, how should I do? for example:

WS 1 Inputs:
  uriConcept1
  complexTypeA:
     uriConcept2
     uriConcept3

Should I create an ontology concept for complexTypeA?

WI am doing automatic composition and execution of SWS and I am reading and ontology with complex types, so my idea was to match the complex type to a concept created on the fly during the process of reading de knowledge base.
