What vocabulary (or vocabularies) should one use to document provenance metadata in RDF? What are the advantages or disadvantages of each, and which one is the most used? I have found the following provenance vocabularies. If you have another suggestion, please comment and I'll add them to the list, and answer if you can.
AFAIK, data.gov.uk uses the OPMV, which appears to be the best documented provenance vocabulary so far. |

Please have a look at the final report of the Provenance XG. At the moment they are working on a Provenance Interchange Language (PIL) that should profit from the benifits of the evaluated provenance vocabularies, see here. |
